1 day suspended service

There is a problem with the renewal of services.
We try to renew a VPS server we have and all we get is the following message:
> Error while processing your request
> A technical problem occurred when processing your order, our teams have just been informed
This way we can not start our server and we are loosing money... this is an awful way to treat customers who's business depend on your products... we also subnitted a ticket which is still unread by the person in charge... In my opinion this is bad service...
