Hello, i have ordered a dedicated server Week ago and i received the Validation email to send some documents for verification the problem is i received the email of submitting documents in an email which was shared with my project colleague and i couldn't send my documents in that email, so i changed the email and sent the needed documents through the new email and for 5 days (including the weekend which they doesn't work in) and theres no nothing new.. opened a ticket .. no reply too. wish it could have been better than that.
