500 Server Error when creating new account

Hello dear staff,

I have signed up to look for a solution for my website but when I login to the Control Panel, I am asked for information like whether I'm a company, my phone number etc.

I fill this form completely and send it but I get a 500 Server Error.

Impossible to access the Control Panel at all... thankfully I could be here to write.

Please do provide me a solution!
