8 days after a vps order, Nothing received!

VPS ordered for 8 days without receiving anything

Hello,
I am here to find out if someone is in my situation.
I ordered a VPS SSD 3 (London). The order (94299386) was activated on August 31 and I received this email:

> For more information, please consult your e-mail box; You will find an email containing all the details.
> I remain at your disposal for any additional request.

But since that day no other email !! The manager displays: "Delivery in progress". It's been 8 days now !!
I contacted the support several times by email and via the manager but to no avail. It is true that I am with OVH for 3 years without the need for support, but this time I just know what is really worth the support of OVH!

Please, enlighten my lantern, I am lost there. Where is the problem? Would this VPS be delivered someday? Can I be reimbursed knowing that I am in Morocco.
