A full week of not confirming documents for payment and not delivering what I already paid for (domain transfer to you) (ORDER 131603257). Also this was only 4 days after another payment got confirmed using the same payment payment method in the same OVH account. Can you please do something?! If I don't get an answer and delivery until tomorrow I will definitely contact paypal to stop the payment and change to another VPS provider. I can't waste a few more weeks in waiting you to fix your own issues.
Noting that all of that is not only that your customer service is awful, but also you are the one that cause all these stupid confirmations of payment by email. Insane
