About few questions of rent Kimsufi Server (KS3)

Dear Kimsufi Users & moderators:

First of all, sorry for my english. I'm spanish and I have many questions to do for Kimsufi users or moderators. Thanks in advance.

1. I wonder if you can announce to each user he want, when KS2 will be available to migrate, concretely when KS2 could be available ending the rental time. If it is possible.
2. I want to know if it is possible to hire a cloud backup service, thanks. The data volume would be about 1TB.
3. I want to know if it is possible migrate KS3 to KS2 in a period less than a month if KS2 would be available to rent it, or I need to rent both to doing this proccess. Thanks.
