Absolutely awful service, GET OUT move to any other provider

I have renewed my domain name the payment has gone through yet my site has been pulled down it's been 5 days I've been waiting for this issue to be solved. As a result we are losing customer every minute as our email does not work and we shall be losing a large sum of money in the next days due to the need to cancel an event which we host from our website!

I have had my calls hung up on by customer service and when they respond there's zero apologies and absolutely no solution they keep saying the problem is already solved or that it's being solved!

I is only a domain name that i need not for them to build me a website! This should not take 5 days, shall be moving to goDaddy as soon as possible but they also aren't willing to let me transfer over to goDaddy!!!!! This company is FAKE, do not trust them anyone reading this !
