Good time of day,
Could somebody clarify what kind of CPUs should be expected in 'Best Value' range of servers? It says 'E3 v4' in product's description, but considering that benchmark difference between different CPUs of this range is close to 100% - it sounds like a kind of lottery, which I'm not a huge fan of.
