I decided to post this as the only option left to us. Our Cloud VPS dissapeared from Internet during the evening of Sept. 11th. We opened a ticket immediately after we noticed the issue, with NO responses from anyone from Support Stuff for over a day! After several additional requests on the ticket only on Sept. 13th we got a response
> Your issue has already been escalated to our VPS team.
> There is currently an issue affecting our older VPS infrastructure, the
> relevant task is here: http://travaux.ovh.com/?do=details&id=34124
> The issue will be resolved once the task is complete.
We tried to call by phone, talked with the support representative which promised to escalate the ticket to the corresponding team. Nothing happened, just international phone call costs for us!
We didn't get any responses from Support Team since then.
The linked "relevant task" (which misses any date/time notices) was marked as solved yesterday (Sept.14th) afternoon. But guess what, the VPS is still not available!
Since this is a **VPS used for a business** e-mails, CRM etc. you can guess how important and crippling this issue is.
But most problematic is the fact that we are being ignored by the support stuff, no information about the status of solving the issue. It is extremely unprofessional. **We are extremely unsattisfied at this moment.**
Cloud VPS is marketed having SLA 99,99% ?
People be warned!
