We have two servers, one in Canada and one in France, both have been paid under one bill for the last 2 years and recently someone has changed our billing procedures and now we are paying twice for one of the servers, I have an open support request which remains unanswered and have spent numerous hours on the phone with no result, does anyone have any recommendations to resolve this situation
