Ca.ovh.com does not answer a support ticket regarding VPS renewal

It's been two days since I made a request, but the support team is silent. My ticket number there is '312431876', type: 'Generic request'. Can you ask them to answer the question?
I'm having trouble with renewing VPS SSD1:
