Can't buy domain names

I came here to buy domain names only.
On the homepage there is no link to login page etc, and it is very difficult to browse this web site. Only way to create an account is trying to register a domain, and at some stage it shows an option to login or register... Anyway I registered as a new user, and logged in.

I search for a domain, it is available, I skip first few steps, and after configuration step I'm shown 3 dots jumping up and down, and for minutes and maybe for hours, NOTHING HAPPENS. I mean nothing happens. nothing happens. nothing happens. NOTHING HAPPENS !!!

Crazydomains works the same way, I mean doesn't work. Why doesn't it work, everyone says Paypal is accepted although in reality it is not, and after numerous emails and chats there is no solution, and then they ask me to evaluate their support and what percent I like their service. Again I say it doesn't work. But my feedback is not taken into account. After a week I check again, no they didn't fix it.
I'm worried ovh might behave in the same way.

And why post users name in title. I would choose something else.
