Cannot login to the control panel for the love of GOD

Hi

I recently purchased a new phone and I installed google 2FA, but after installing I do not see OVH listed there as it was earlier. I do not have the backup codes what do I need to do?

My mail to support OVH are being rejected saying I do not have some privilege. Whereas I have premium support.

I’ve tried the option “Forgotten your username or password”, but it doesn’t send me an email (it says it does). I have also tried to reach out to support, but it requires to login - my emails to customer-service@ovh.com are rejected, as I get a response:

The other account I opened just to POST on the community forum as I HAD NO way to contact the customer support, no support mail working, no phone customer care working (even though I have premium support)

No idea how am I going to get the assistance. I DO NOT WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE SUSPENDED.
