Cannot move Canadian IP block from SyS to OVH?

I was transferring all my IPs from SyS to OVH, and I noticed that I cannot move my Canadian IPs. I managed to move my France and UK IPs without issues, but SyS does not offer an option to move a Canadian IP. Is anyone else having this issue or can it be easily resolved? I urgently need to move my IPs.
