I am thinking of getting a new VPS server from OVH and would like to know if there is an option to change the server location later. FOR example, I purchased a server location UK and after some time I might need to change to Canada. Is it possible?

As per my knowledge, no it's not possible to change the location after deploying a VPS. But you can get GEO located IPs from different region.
