Configuring email in Outlook 2010

I would appreciate assistance pertaining on how to configure email accounts in Outlook 2010 not in Outlook 2016.
I have tried:
POP: Failing
IMAP: Sever: ssl0.ovh.net/Incoming-993-SSL/Outgoing-465-SSL (no option for both SSL/TLS)
*Outlook 2010 is showing:
-Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): Completed
-Send test email message: Failed. Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated.
*Thunderbird configuration: Sending & Receiving working properly
