Connecting to a Remote Desktop

Good day.
Problem from 26.05.2018
When Connecting to a Remote Desktop. I get the following error message:
"The remote session is disabled because there are no available Remote Desktop Licensing servers that could be licensed. Contact your system administrator"
I use my Login: "root" and my correct password
Please Help me.
