OK this question may have been asked many times, but is your Public Cloud more reliable than your Dedicated Servers for website hosting?
I know you have a better SLA for Public Cloud, but is it more reliable? will my resources be good?

Hi @JamesF,
Apologies for the delay.
Public Cloud Instances are not necessarily 'more reliable' than dedicated servers for web hosting.
The configuration of your web infrastructure will depend on how 'reliable' your website is.
To achieve redundancy you should have multiple servers (Dedicated or PCI) in multiple locations behind IP load balancers and IP failover.
To achieve full redundancy you may be interested in our Private Cloud infrastructure.

If you need anything else please let me know by @Ollie or drop me a DM.
Thanks,
Ollie
