Dedicated server was terminated [LOST DATA] [ Billing issue 16 days ]

Hey, I was a bit sick past 2 weeks and was in the hospital
And today I logged in and found out my server isn't there and there was an invoice 16 ago and billing issues and that my server got terminated and I lost all my data which was a huge project we were working on and it took us well over 100+ hours of work...

I haven't downloaded a single backup file and my question how long does ovh take till they remove your data from their servers.. I'm having a panic attack right now and desperate
