Deleted database

How do I backup my deleted database

Hello everyone,

My domain name is galerie127.com

And I use the offer: OVHcloud Performance 2

I have the following problem, my website has experienced many problems lately, some of the plug-ins have broken the site the website was hacked and the database got deleted.

I asked for some help from OVH support and they provided the following:
Go to this link: https://eu.api.ovh.com/console/#/hosting/web/%7BserviceName%7D/dump#GET
Fill in the serviceName: galerie127.com and the databaseName: galerie127.mysql.db, and normally I should find a selection of backups to select from, yet I found nothing.

What do you guys suggest, this seems like the database and its backups have all been erased for some reason and there is no way to get them back.
