We currently use ESXI 6.5 to run our in-house servers. We are currently looking for a dedicated external server for a collection of applications that we will be hosting for various users. We are currently hosting all of that on one of our own development servers. What we're looking for is the ability to export the current server to an OVF file, then import that on an external server that is running on ESXi. We would then want the necessary access to be able to tweak the configuration (assign IP address, alter disc configuration, etc.) in order to set the server into production.
So, the main question -- is that supported, and what kind of cost would we be looking at?
Cheers
Norm
