After installing Debian 10 on INFRA-2, the main interface is configured with DHCP and the IP lease is only 10 minutes.

Is this required? or should I change it to a static config?

Btw, systemd-networkd appears to have been abandoned by OVH in Debian 10. Back to legacy ifupdown :< Probably because OVH is now using could-init, which doesn't yet work directly with systemd-networkd.
