Differences between Advance STOR-2 & FS-48T

Hi there!
I wanted to know the difference between those 2 servers, I mean their processors looks similar in most of benchmarks, and storage Its same, right? I mean, 4x12 TB Sata = 4x12 TB Sas? But the price difference is more than x2.
