Directory for subdomains

Hello everyone,

My **domain name** is : casadivinahome.it

And I use **the offer** : Pro Offer hosting

I have the following problem / I would like to set up :

I've transferred a domain under OVH, in my hosting plan. But the site is "Site Currently Unavailable"
The DNS is configured correctly. I've defined as root the folder "CasaDivina" where I've uploaded files of the site. It's not a CMS but a simple HTML site, with index.html page. But the site doesn't work!!
I don't understand if I've to locate the file somewhere else or if there is another problem
