Documents Pending - Cancel Order

Just like many others here my order has been pending for a long time and I have lost all faith in OVH. So even if the order goes through I dont believe i would get timely support (if any) if anything should go wrong. It seems support tickets arent being read so if anyone from support just happens to read this i would like to cancel my order. My ID or whatever you call it is ha242689-ovh

Edit: Just like to mention that just over a week after ordering and giving my documents, i was finally replied to and my order has been cancelled. After having a dedicated server from SoYouStart in the past with no problems i suspect OVH services are fine, its just the support which is severely lacking and a gamble if you ever run into trouble that you cant fix yourself.
