Documents validation

i ordered a vps server on 7/11/2019 and was asked to send documents to verify the payments i sent the documents on the same day and till this day there is no response, my card was charged and i didn't get the server its been 6 days and there is nothing if you are not going to approve my purchase than the least you can do is refund me this is the worse experience i've ever had with any service provider because of this mess my project is now delayed
