how to enable catch all alias for email address... so that all messages reach the inbox.

Catch-all is also a spam catcher. OVH will certainly not support it at any time.
This feature has been revoked more or less 15 years ago.
If you really want a catch-all, look elsewhere, or build your mail server on a VPS for example.
