ESXi and Backup Storage

Hi all,
I have installed and configured ESXi 7 on my dedicated server. I also run Backup Storage (default 500GB) on my OVH panel. I received email with credentials and trying to add it as storage to my ESXi (under Storage > New Datastorage). I have entered all details (I think) but - i`m still receiving error message (without details:( ). I have enable access to my Backup Storage at CIFS, NFS and FTP for all my IP's. Any suggestion?
