Extra Public IP on dedicated servers

Hi all,
Rented a dedicated server yesterday from OVH AU. Server is in Canada.
When in Control Panel -> Bare Metal Cloud -> Dedicated Servers -> (Server Name) -> Network Interfaces -> Order an IP I get the following message trying to order an IPv4 single or block address:
"You have reached the maximum quota of IPs for this server.".

Tried contacting Aussie Technical support who said (essentially..) "Nope, no support for standard users".
Tried contacting Account Support on Aussie ph number. "We're not open!" (even though it was 10:15AM'ish Monday morning)
Tried contacting Community Support: Nope, no love.

Can someone help please?
