So we have 2 dedicated servers with SYS and 16 failover IP on each, we have decided to stop one and keep one.
We deleted all 16 failover IPs from one and moved the others to the one we are keeping, you may ask why we moved the IPs to one we are keeping, its because its faster and we wanted to use cpanel and keep the same ips for it..
Now I have gone to renew the server and see we are being charged for 7 IPs @ $12usd each =$84 for one month, now this I don't understand when we are supposed to get 16 free!
Hope someone from OVH can put some light on this?
