CPU : Intel Xeon-E 2388G - 8c/16t - 3.2 GHz/4.6 GHz
It's written "public bandwidth: guaranteed bandwidth"

What is the minimum bandwidth I can expect at any time in reality? Would 500Mbps convert to 50 MB transferred per second at least? or only 5 MB per second? (after testing vps&public cloud, a 10 MB file is transferred in 2 seconds which is too slow for my specific needs).
