Where can I send letters for technical support that will be answered?

Lithuanian branch support was closed a few months ago without warning. All requests are now handled by international support which looks like is gone. Usually, they answer in 1-2 weeks. But today I find that I am no longer able to open "My support requests". Probably they turned off that part as of no one bothers to answer anymore.
