Has the company stopped technical support for customers?

I wrote tickets from control panel, but no answers at all.
I was waiting 8 days - no answers.
Maybe I can send email to the main office and not to its branch in Lithuania (as web interface does it)?
Where can I send letters for technical support that will be answered?

Lithuanian branch support was closed a few months ago without warning. All requests are now handled by international support which looks like is gone. Usually, they answer in 1-2 weeks. But today I find that I am no longer able to open "My support requests". Probably they turned off that part as of no one bothers to answer anymore.
