Fisrt I have to say OVH is a total mess and it is a whole journey to understand how to get help so thank you community for your time and understanding and help :pray:
My problem is : I cannot reset my password on my old and "real" account, I had to create this one just to be able to write here and get proper help as every steps need an account.
When I press the button "send the link to email" to rest password nothing happens, it is written that email has been send but did it several times and no email received neither in the spam box. :thinking:
When I purchased my name domaine I had emails from support@ovh.ca, is it legit or a scam? Then I paid to a wrong and fraudulent website? The strange thing is when I want to create an account with my previous email it is written that this email already exists :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
Did some of you experienced the same problem and know how to get back account
