Hi forum!
I just registred a new .it domain and, even if I selected "Hide" in Whois configuration in manager, I can still see that all infos are public. (Even my name and address).
Is it simply a timing problem?
And (please be patient I'm new to OVH), is there any way to contact a support team? (At the moment only "Standard Support" is active for me).

I don't know for Italy.
For French domains (.FR) by example, ownership identification is hidden when the registrant is a private person.
On the other hand, when the holder is a legal entity (e.g. a company), the ownership identification is always shown.
hello, same problem i have as well. Did it get resolved for you over time? Or did you have to get service involved?
