How do I solve 404 error

Hello everyone,

I had installed a CANVA website, but it never worked. I tried to remove it. Now I have an error 404. It must have to do with the settings, but I don't know how to get back to the original settings.
If I can go back to DAY 1, when I susbcribed, it would be great. I have created a database, but it is empty. I'm still at the beginning of building my website, so nothing to lose in date if I reinitiate my account.
