How long to wait for a response

Hi everyone,

I'm currently searching for a new provider for dedicated servers as my old server is getting very dated and the old provider is raising prices drastically. So I thought about trying OVH.

I opened a simple ticket request yesterday. Usually a thing which should be able to be answered in 5 minutes.

After reading through the community and the ratings I'm asking myself: How long can I expect to wait for a response? Do you have any experience?
