How to increase the timeout limit

Hi, is there any way to modify the timeout limit parameter? I've get error from the server of my template:

Server GET test
FAIL
Something went wrong: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds
You won't be able to use automatic updates and installations. Please check the support section of the manual for an alternative solution

Server POST test
FAIL
Something went wrong: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds
You can still perform the manual installation, please contact our support for the alternative solution.

Is it possible to unblock the connection to pro.radio server? The website is ilovemusic-radio.com, the owner is Mr Paolo Olivieri.
