How to manage upload space

Hello everyone,
I have a WordPress website on web cloud.

I need to create a copy of the website on another hosting for development, than i'll overwrite the production website on ovh.

The problem is that the website is very heavy (more than 600MB) and I don't know if ovh allows to upload such a large file.

Does anyone knows where I can fint this information in my dashboard?
Or has anyone any suggestion?
