How to use Load balancing with your existing SSL cert?

We have 2 Public Cloud instances in 2 different datacentres. I want to add a 3rd VM and load balancing. The questions I have are:
1. Can we use our existing SSL cert?
2. Some of our partners have registered the IP addresses of these 2 VMs and use a whitelist to allow access. With the load balancer will they still see the originating IP address for these servers?
