How to use the new domain offer?

I've seen the offer when I purchase a domain

> Included with your domain name:

but when I done the payment and check my backend, it shows me:

> You cannot create an email account.

and I can't find anywhere I can upload my simple webpage to replace the default one to promo ovh there.
