hubiC Registration

Hello, I was just searching Google Play apps regarding OVH. Specifically for managing my server. I came across an app called hubiC and was thrilled. OVH is the best. However when I tried to register I encountered an error saying that registrations are now closed.
I am wondering if this is temporary? Is there any way exceptions can be made for new hubiC registrations? I understand OVH provides a LOT of fantastic services and at GREAT prices. So I can understand why registrations were limited and if no exception can be made.

P.S. I love OVH, I love my cloud VPS, I recommend OVH to everyone, and I intend on using and scaling OVH's services until the end of time :-).
