I can't log in using computer, only cellphone can

I can't log in my account using computer and says 404. I use https://www.ovh.com to log in with my account.
But I can log in using cellphone, I don't know what is going on with the service. I won't be able to monitor the configurations of my server using the computer.
I hope answers.
