I can't renew my domains

I would like to know why I cannot renew any of the registered domains on my account manually?

Attempting to renew any domain results in receiving the error message: "The service [domain name] cannot be renewed".

Above I can see the error: "You have not selected the product or the period for which it is to be renewed, but the system asks me about the extension period and I indicate the domain by selecting the" Renew service "option from its menu.
