I cannot access the secret password link from rescue mode emails.

I am unable to access the rescue mode password link sent to my email. The link https://www.ovh.com/manager/secret/#?id= returns 404 Not Found. I also tried ca.ovh.com version and it also returns 404. , Ubuntu 22.04. I need the rescue mode root password to access my server. Please either fix the secret link or provide the password directly 
my account is in .ca domain and the server which i created ! was in Canada and also when i try to open link it is coming in french

Hello,

The links have a limited lifetime. (this is announced when the link is sent to you)

Should your e-mail be hacked in the future, the links still present in your inbox are now useless for the hacker.

 

BTW you have edited the URL shown above, but not the underlying token

https://www.ovh.com/manager/secret/#?id=7f56017a-4475-4a8c-b680-52347544ce70 returns 

Hopefully there is no information about the resource it gives access to...
