Hello,

I am not in position to examine the details of your current situation. I understand that you want to increase the number of mailboxes, not their size.

Can you post a screen capture in the section 'E-mails' ? like this one ?

Here "MX 10 Hosting" means that the offering is linked to a Personal Hosting. 

If you want to go beyond 10, you have several choices:

  • in this example upgrade your Perso to Pro (with more web hosting capabilities too)
  • detach the mail offering from the web hosting, and purchase a MX25 with 25 mailboxes
  • buy extra Zimbra mailboxes. (Or Mail Pro, or Exchange Hosted)
