info dyndns & subdomain

Hi,
I underestimated the DNS zones and in reality the dyndns domain created: simo.simone.it (with its username to which I log in from synology), always changes the IP in case of disconnection and therefore it is perfect.

but then in the DNS zones I had also created: *.simo.simone.it precisely to create other addresses such asservizi1.simo.simone.it etc. , however this does NOT update with the IP of my line, the question is:

in the DNS zones, can I somehow connect that *.simo.simone.it updates with the same IP as Simo.simone.it (which instead updates automatically)?
