Instance Stuck in "Backup instance creation" status

Hey, I have an instance that is currently stuck in the "Backup instance creation".

The server itself is also frozen. Ive tried accessing through SSH, VNC Console, and web interface.

Ive tried rebooting in the OVH control panel and in Openstack horizon but both failed due to the backup.

Im wondering if theres a way I can force the backup process to cancel so that I can reboot the instance?

I've opened a ticket about this (4194341) but im guessing the ticket will only be answered during standard support hours. So any help would be great
