I see I can upgrade my starter VPS to the old line of VPS (value, essentials, etc) but I cannot upgrade to the new line (VPS-1, VPS-2, etc).
Is there a way to do it?

I have already asked this question to the support service. I have an old version vps2020-starter-1-2-20. Here is the answer:
"thank you for contacting the OVHcloud. My name is Leonardo, we talked on the chat earlier.
As I informed you, it's not possible to upgrade your current VPS to the new VPS range. In this case you would need to buy a new one and migrate the config and data.
Rest assured that I will remain at your disposal if you have any further questions. Thank you for choosing OVHcloud as your technical partner for your projects, and have a good day."
I'm also wondering this as well. I don't see the options for the new line when I try to upgrade from the dashboard so I'm concerned that you can't. You may need to buy a new VPS from the new line and migrate to it (if you can buy one that is, seem to be constantly out of stock).
Hopefully someone from OVH support can answer.

Thanks a lot. My issue is that I did not want to lose my current IP address, which will happen if I buy a new one and just move my services to the new one.
