After receiving a payment reminder by email and settling the payment, I noticed that my S3 bucket has disappeared.
When I access my Public Cloud page, it takes a long time to load and only gives me the option to create a new bucket.
This has resulted in the loss of all the images on my website. Could you please let me know how to restore the service and recover my data?

I highly suggest you to contact the technical support for such an issue, the team will be able to check with you by using your nic and project ID In the meantime and if you are familiar with S3 API and if you stored your S3 user credentials (S3 access and secret keys - Do not share them here!), could you check using the CLI if you can access your bucket or not?
