Issue during connection for ilovemusic-radio.com

Hi, I wonder if any process failed during the connection to pro.radio's server - pro.radio is the template's author. I'm trying to activate the license of this template, but unfortunately I can't establish a connection with the server... are you maybe blocking this connection?
The check returns these messages:
Server GET test
FAIL
Something went wrong: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds
You won't be able to use automatic updates and installations. Please check the support section of the manual for an alternative solution

Server POST Test
FAIL
Something went wrong: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
You can still perform the manual installation, please contact our support for the alternative solution.
